In its fourth acquisition this year, Austin-based software company Mitratech is acquiring Richmond, Virginia-based tech company Acuity ELM. Mitratech sells governance, risk, compliance and management software to about 1,200 corporate customers in more than 160 countries. The company, which started in Los Angeles, opened an Austin office in 2012 before relocating its headquarters to Austin. About 105 of its 425 global employees are based in Austin.
