Mitratech Appoints Matt Johnson as CRO to Accelerate Company’s Hypergrowth
AUSTIN, TX – August 17, 2020 – Mitratech, a leading global provider of legal and compliance software, today announced that Matt Johnson has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Johnson will assist the company in capitalizing on its extensive market growth, which has seen three acquisitions in 2020: CMPG, Tracker, and ClusterSeven.
Before joining Mitratech, Johnson was CRO at RS Energy Group, where he spearheaded the commercial modernization of the firm into an advanced analytics, technology, and SaaS organization. This required building and developing a new team of 60+ employees and leading the GTM strategy for the organization. Before RS Energy Group, Johnson held a number of leadership positions at Novi labs, IHS and Dell EMC/Documentum.
“I always want to work for a market leader, maniacally focused on customer success and in a category poised for explosive growth,” said Johnson.” When the opportunity at Mitratech arose, I knew it was the perfect fit. I was thrilled to learn that in 2020 Mitratech was named the leader in multiple third-party market vendor assessments demonstrating the tremendous opportunities that are available for growth and return-on-investment for our customers. I’m excited to work with the team and our key partners to help more organizations realize the value of Mitratech solutions.”
Mike Williams, CEO of Mitratech, continues: “Matt joins us at a crucial time in our growth. With the addition of Matt to our team, we’re exceptionally well-positioned to help our customers accelerate their automation and digital transformation initiatives in the corporate legal, risk & compliance, and HR space. With his deep experience driving revenue growth through, Matt is the ideal leader to help us capitalize on this opportunity.”
