This customer was looking for a talent management platform that would allow them to manage hiring and onboarding at a corporate level but also give their 450+ franchisees control over their individual needs when it comes to job openings, onboarding processes, etc. A restaurant in Denver may have a different hourly wage than a location in Des Moines, for example, and the system needed to be flexible to adjust for that.

This fast-casual restaurant chain has more than 850 restaurants plus 450 franchisees in 25 states across the country. Located mostly in the Midwest, this award-winning brand is consistently ranked in the top 10 for similar restaurants in growth as well as Entrepeneur’s Franchise 500® rankings.
