Quovant Recognized as a Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee for Second Year in a Row

Quovant is excited to announce its recognition as a Top Workplace 2020 in Middle Tennessee by The Tennessean. The paper has partnered with Energage for the past eight years to craft surveys that bring recognition to businesses and organizations in the Nashville area. Based solely on employee feedback, 90 Middle Tennessee employers have been recognized as Top Workplaces on the 2020 winners list.

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection to name a few.

After winning the recognition in 2019, Quovant is proud to receive the honor again and extend our congratulations to all of the recipients in Middle Tennessee. Click here to read the full press release from The Tennessean with more details on additional winners.

“We are incredibly honored to be featured on the Top Workplaces list for the second year in a row,” said Bill Horne, Quovant CEO. “I want to especially recognize our fantastic employees for helping us grow and continue to provide the best work environment we can, particularly when it has been such a unique year for all of us.”

Quovant Offers Free 90-Day Trial of Matter Management and eBilling Platform, LegalBill

Quovant understands that in-house legal teams are working remotely right now, and likely many for the first time. As a result, their processes around matter management, eBilling and other administrative needs are being tested – and they need heightened efficiency as their plates pile up and their budgets thin out. Quite frankly, they’re being forced to do more with less.

An ideal solution for small to medium-sized teams, LegalBill centralizes all legal data for improved workflow, collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders, offering users complete visibility into their legal spend and law firm performance. Its detailed reporting and dashboards are designed for organizations currently using rudimentary methods like paper, Excel and email to manage matters and invoices. Unlike traditional enterprise legal management software solutions that may take months to implement, LegalBill is fully operational in a matter of days – and often just hours.

“We know that now more than ever, small to mid-sized legal teams need cost-effective solutions that streamline processes, pinpoint areas of opportunity for cost savings, and add a layer of support that will alleviate the extra strain on their increased workloads,” said Bill Horne, CEO, Quovant. “We want to give them the opportunity to reap all of the benefits of our solution-suite – with no obligations or built-in costs – to help make this turbulent time a little smoother.”

The new LegalBill trial offers:

  • 90 days of the modern, cloud-based platform that consolidates all matter, vendor and spend data into a streamlined accounting software format.
  • Turnkey implementation and actionable insights to control costs and improve law firm relationships.
  • An automated compliance review engine and insightful analytics to better understand every dollar, invoiced and paid.
  • Access to Quovant’s team of lawyers, compliance analysts and business intelligence experts for added support.
  • An entirely risk-free tryout period with no hidden fees or obligations.

“With the current pressures to cut costs while maintaining peak performance, in-house legal teams have likely resorted to manual processes, or are simply living without the innovations they need to do their jobs efficiently,” continued Horne. “We don’t believe it needs to be that way, so we’re lending a helping hand. If a company has been considering new tools to manage its growing workload, now is the time to make that simple, yet meaningful change.”

Quovant Launches LegalBill eBilling and Matter Management Platform

Simplified ELM solution for small to mid-sized corporate legal teams

NASHVILLE, Tenn.Aug. 21, 2019 Quovant, a legal analytics leader with a 20+ year history of helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations analyze legal spend and law firm performance, recently launched LegalBill, its newest offering for small to medium-sized corporate legal teams.

LegalBill eliminates the cost and complexity of traditional enterprise legal management (ELM) software, while providing powerful tools for managing and monitoring matters, eBilling, legal bill review and performance analytics. And with 64% of buyers of ELM software reporting that their needs aren’t being met1, LegalBill’s simplified, intuitive, cloud-based platform allows companies to start seeing results right away.

“We saw an opportunity in the market to build a powerful, yet easy to use platform built on our deep expertise and best practices working with some of the world’s most recognized brands,” said Quovant CEO, Bill Horne. “This is a mature industry that is saturated with complex ELM solutions that simply don’t meet the needs of today’s small to medium-sized legal teams. LegalBill gives them everything they need and nothing they don’t.”

LegalBill centralizes all legal data for improved workflow, collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Its detailed reporting and dashboards are designed for organizations that are currently using rudimentary methods like paper, Excel and email to manage matters and invoices.

In a 2018 CLOC study2, 76% of law departments identify controlling outside counsel costs as a top priority, yet only 30% have successfully reduced the cost of legal services to their company in the past three years. “After more than 20 years in the legal spend management space, we’ve seen just about everything. We know that today’s legal teams are constantly being asked to do more with less, which is in direct contrast to market forces where litigation frequency and outside counsel spend continue to rise at record pace,” said Horne. “LegalBill gives them a modern, powerful platform to consolidate all matter, vendor and spend data, while helping them make better, data-driven decisions, control costs and maintain positive relationships with their top firms.”
