Juliana Maia Daniel is a Partner at Berardo Lilla Advogados, where she leads the firm's Compliance & Corporate Ethics practice. A recognized authority in corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance, she has spent nearly 20 years advising governments, regulators, and multinational companies on integrity and public policy. Juliana was among the private-sector stakeholders consulted by the OECD Working Group on Bribery during Brazil's Phase 4 Monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Convention, and she continues to contribute to the Group's follow-up review. A sought-after speaker and published author, Juliana holds a Master Professional in Global Governance Studies from Sciences Po, Paris, and an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo (USP). She coordinates IBRAC's Compliance Committee and chairs the IBA's Compliance Subcommittee.
