Microsoft Partner Network Customer Satisfaction Survey shows HotDocs to be an elite software developer and vendor.
Lindon, UT and Edinburgh, Scotland – HotDocs, the global leader in document generation technology, has recently received results of its 2014 Microsoft Partner Network Customer Satisfaction Survey, which measures six key performance indicators: Recommend, Satisfaction, Quality of Products, Value Received, Ability to Meet Your Needs, and Technical Competency of Staff. The survey shows HotDocs to be well above average in four of the categories and at an elite level in the other two.
In two of the six categories, Recommend (customers would recommend the product to others) and Satisfaction, HotDocs received a perfect score, an 8% increase over the average for other Microsoft Partners in the Recommend category and a 4% advantage in the Satisfaction category. On Quality of Products, HotDocs received an 85% rating against an industry average of 70%. On Value Received, HotDocs beat the average by a full 18%, coming in at 83% against the norm of 65%. When asked if HotDocs had the Ability to Meet Your Needs, 85% of respondents said yes, a 14% improvement over the industry average. Finally, when asked about the Technical Competency of the HotDocs staff, 92% of respondents answered affirmatively, a 13% increase over the average for other Microsoft partners.
