Mineral® Terms of Service – These Terms of Service and all policies or terms incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service” or this “Agreement”) is an agreement between Mineral, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and You or the entity You represent concerning access to and use of our products and services, including our websites and any pages registered on the trustmineral.com website (“Website“) and our proprietary, cloud-based, software-as-a-service offering, including any associated mobile applications and offline components (“Software“) (collectively, the “Services”).
Intelligence Core Agreement – These Terms of Service, together with all incorporated exhibits, addenda, and applicable Order Forms (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern access to and use of Intelligence Core Answers provided by Mineral, Inc., a California corporation and subsidiary of Mitratech Holdings, Inc., with offices at 13301 Galleria Circle, Building B, Suite 200, Bee Cave, TX 78738 (“Mineral”).
