Are You Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) Compliant?
OFCCP Job Listing Requirements can be efficiently managed by our software. As federal contractors, it is crucial to establish an annual veteran hiring benchmark, aiming to have a specific percentage of veterans in your workforce. We offer multiple solutions to support you in meeting these requirements on top of monitoring your OFCCP compliance.
We can handle the registration and management of your ESDS (Employment Service Delivery System) account. This ensures that your positions are properly posted to ESDS accounts, meeting the necessary guidelines. Get proof of your job listings by supplying an ESDS confirmation ID and PDF snapshots. This documentation serves as evidence of compliance, giving you peace of mind should you be audited.
But it doesn’t stop there – we take the initiative to notify ESDS regularly, requesting veteran priority referrals. By actively engaging with the system, we maximize your chances of attracting qualified veteran candidates.
In alignment with your broader diversity initiatives, we also support you in recruiting and hiring for diversity. Our Mandatory Job Listing compliance solutions not only help you meet your annual hiring benchmark but also strive to assist you in reaching your diversity goals. We strongly emphasize the active outreach and hiring of protected veterans, contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

Frequently Asked OFCCP Compliance Questions
OFCCP Compliance refers to adherence to the regulations set forth by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), a division of the U.S. Department of Labor. The OFCCP is responsible for ensuring that federal contractors and subcontractors comply with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action obligations. These obligations include non-discrimination in hiring, compensation, and promotions, as well as the implementation of affirmative action programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
Contractors subject to OFCCP regulations are required to take proactive measures to ensure equal employment opportunities for protected groups, such as racial and ethnic minorities, women, individuals with disabilities, and veterans. This can include activities like preparing Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), tracking outreach efforts to diverse communities, posting job openings, maintaining records, conducting audits, and submitting reports to demonstrate compliance with OFCCP regulations.
By adhering to OFCCP Compliance requirements, contractors can contribute to a more equitable and inclusive workplace, fostering equal opportunities for all individuals while fulfilling their contractual obligations with the federal government.
To ensure preparedness for an OFCCP audit, it is highly recommended to utilize comprehensive OFCCP compliance software. This software can help streamline your compliance efforts, maintain accurate records, generate necessary reports, and facilitate the tracking and documentation of key information required during an audit. Investing in the right software solution will significantly enhance your ability to demonstrate compliance and successfully navigate the audit process.
When searching for OFCCP compliance software, consider the following key features:
- Job Posting and Distribution: Look for software that allows you to easily post and distribute jobs across multiple platforms and job boards, including specialized diversity-focused sites.
- Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) Tools: Ensure the software provides tools to create, manage, and track your organization’s AAP, including goal setting, reporting, and analysis capabilities.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): An ATS within the software will help you efficiently manage applicants, track their progress, communicate with them, and easily extract data for reporting purposes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Look for robust reporting functionalities that enable you to generate the necessary reports required for compliance audits. This should include documentation of outreach activities, candidate demographics, and other relevant metrics.
- Recordkeeping and Audit Trail: The software should provide secure recordkeeping capabilities, allowing you to maintain accurate and organized records of applicant data, job postings, outreach efforts, and communications. An audit trail feature is also essential for tracking changes and actions taken within the system.
- Integration and Data Management: Consider software that integrates with your existing systems and can effectively manage and analyze large volumes of data. This ensures seamless data sharing, reduces duplication of effort, and enhances overall efficiency.
- Compliance Updates and Support: Choose a software provider that stays up-to-date with OFCCP regulations and provides ongoing support, training, and guidance to help you remain compliant.
By prioritizing these key features, you can find an OFCCP compliance software solution that meets your organization’s needs and supports your efforts in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance.
