Prevalent Customers and Network Participants
To provide our vendor risk products and services we must collect a limited amount of personal information to satisfy our contractual obligations. This personal information is provided to us by our customers and network participants for communication purposes to support: the assessment process; to establish an audit record for compliance purposes; and, to otherwise manage and service your account(s). This personal information is never used for any other purpose, and includes:

For all non-customer and network communications, Prevalent collects information about your interactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of the products and services that we offer. Our services are available for purchase only for those over the age of 18. Our services are not targeted to or intended to be consumed by or designed to entice individuals under the age of 18. How You Can access, Update or Delete Your Personal Information
Customers and network participants can easily access, view, update or delete their personal information by signing into their account and visiting “Account Settings”. All other subscribers or individuals may make a request to view, update or delete their personal information by contacting us through one of the ways described in the Contact Us section below.
Note – If you make a request to delete your personal information and that information is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.
Changes in our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
