Mitratech Preparis is a business continuity and disaster recovery platform with four modules that help organizations build continuity plans, send emergency alerts, coordinate incident response, and manage IT recovery strategies. Preparis Planner automates plan approval workflows: submitting a plan triggers email notifications to reviewers, and approved or rejected status is automatically communicated to the right stakeholders, including a PDF approval report on demand. Plan due dates trigger automated notifications to relevant teams. All long text fields auto-save to prevent data loss. Actual Recovery Time is automatically captured during incident activation and surfaced in Analytics and the Incident Retrospective, closing the loop between planned RTO and real-world performance.

Preparis Alerts supports SMS, email, voice, push notifications, desktop notifications, RCS (Rich Communication Services), and WhatsApp, with multilingual template support. Alerts are automatically translated for multilingual audiences, with translations visible in the message preview before sending. Location-based messaging using real-time or predefined geofences is supported for remote and mobile employees on any device.

Preparis Incident Manager provides dashboards for real-time visibility into active incidents, supports detailed incident documentation for compliance and audit trails, and enables stakeholders to make real-time adjustments through self-updating dashboards. Actual Recovery Time is automatically captured and included in the Incident Retrospective report.
