Richard’s successful executive background and experience will be instrumental in continuing to expand TalentReef’s market share as the leader for the service industry’s hourly workforce. The selection of Crawford caps a search process of experienced SaaS CEOs throughout the country and was a unanimous decision by the TalentReef Board of Directors.

Crawford es licenciado en Gestión Industrial por Georgia Tech en Atlanta, Georgia. Antes de unirse a TalentReef, ha destacado en puestos de liderazgo ejecutivo en empresas líderes del mercado. Más recientemente, Crawford fue director general de Samba Safety, donde dirigió la empresa SaaS desde un pequeño proveedor regional de soluciones de riesgo para conductores hasta convertirse en el principal proveedor nacional de soluciones de gestión de riesgos de conductores para clientes empresariales, así como para empresas de transporte por carretera, transporte y del mercado medio.
