Perform supports both. Continuous feedback is collected through structured check-in forms managers complete on a cadence HR configures — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Scheduled review cycles (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly) run as a separate workflow. Both feed the same employee record, so organizations moving from annual to continuous can run both models at once during the transition.

Perform includes a goal-tracking module where employees and managers update progress on individual goals throughout the year. Weekly check-in forms are configurable by HR and prompt managers to record coaching notes, flag blockers, and update goal status — all stored in the employee file.

Perform supports 360-degree feedback from managers, peers, direct reports, and cross-functional stakeholders. HR configures which reviewer categories are required versus optional. Feedback from each category aggregates into the calibration view alongside manager ratings.

Perform ships with built-in templates for PIP, onboarding, and general review. Beyond that, it follows the “train the trainer” model — admins can build their own templates, with hands-on guidance from the implementation team during setup.

Perform includes a calibration module where managers and HR view side-by-side rating distributions across teams. Adjustments made during calibration are logged with a timestamp and rationale, and both the original and final ratings are preserved in the record.

Perform includes a competency library of 100+ pre-built competencies tied to a 5-point rating scale. Goals mapped to competencies can be bulk-imported from a prior system or added manually by the manager or employee, depending on how the admin configures the account.

HR dashboards show review completion rates by department, manager, and review type in real time. Post-calibration reports show rating distributions and how scores shifted during calibration.

Review-cycle design, competency setup, and configuration guidance are included in every standard implementation for new and expanding Perform customers. Ongoing training or reconfiguration is available afterward through Managed Services. 

It depends primarily on how many review processes and templates are needed. A single template and single process across the organization can go live in as little as 4 weeks. If you require multiple processes, templates, or additional features, you should plan for 3–6 months.

Perform supports phased implementation — a separate environment or a restricted group of employees and managers before rolling out to the full organization, following the same core Discovery → Configuration → Testing → Launch process used for a full rollout.

Every Perform implementation follows the same core pillars: discovery, configuration/setup, training, UAT (a walkthrough or full manager/employee deployment), and go-live, followed by a post-implementation review and handoff to Support and your dedicated Account Manager. Larger or more complex accounts that need more than Support can provide are escalated to Customer Success.

Typical contract terms run 36 months, with 24- or 12-month terms available case by case. Billing is annual, Net 30. Please request a custom quote for detailed pricing.
