Client Referral Program
Mitratech is continuously implementing new programs to show our appreciation for our clients. The Client Referral Program was designed to reward our clients for telling peers that are interested in evaluating a new system about Mitratech’s products*.
If the referred company signs a contract with a minimum annual revenue, the referring client receives a credit worth two months of their annual maintenance and subscription fee. There’s a limit of six referrals per year, but that means a Mitratech client could have one free year of maintenance/subscription*. The following year, standard fees would apply. However, this program resets, giving them another opportunity for one free year of maintenance/subscription.
To qualify for the program, the client simply emails their Mitratech Account Executive and the Mitratech Marketing team to tell them they’ve made the referral.
*Some exceptions apply. Please contact your Account Executive for full details.
Client Reward Program
Mitratech is driven by our focused commitment to bridging the gap between the legal, compliance, and operational risk needs of our clients. Our clients share best practices with both our product management team and each other at forums and industry focus sessions that we schedule throughout the year, as well as our annual user conference, Interact.
To show our appreciation for our clients’ engagement, we’ve launched the Client Reward Program, awarding them points each time they participate in a qualifying engagement activity. The points can then be redeemed for free Interact registration or discounts on training. In addition to earning points, clients receive positive exposure within their industry and build a stronger relationship with the Mitratech team.

Special attention will be given to the tools, processes, and strategies for moving their legal or compliance operations department up the value chain. Additionally, a product roadmap update is presented by the Mitratech Product Management team.

How do I know when and where Best Practice Forums are taking place?

Mitratech RockStar Award
Mitratech clients have always exemplified what it takes to be the best, and we want to reward those who embody being a proactive and strategic corporate business partner within a company. The Mitratech RockStar Award was created to recognize clients who are creative, unique, and innovative.
What are the RockStar Award Categories?
The RockStar Award has four company categories and one individual category, giving you more opportunities to share your successes and increase your chances of recognition:
- Small But Mighty: A small legal department that has made a big impression.
- Jet Setter: A company who was creative / innovative in their global process, implementation, etc.
- Cash Cow: A company that has proved tangible value and cost savings for their organization in the most innovative way.
- Risky Business: A company that has proven total risk management.
- Individual Innovator: An individual who has achieved career growth through delivering results using legal and compliance technology.
How do I nominate myself or a peer for the RockStar Award?
Each spring, the nomination process will open for clients to submit themselves or a peer as a RockStar. This includes identifying how the nominee is innovatively using Mitratech products, and why they deserve to be recognized as a RockStar in one of the four categories above. The Mitratech Leadership team will anonymously review all nominations and select the winners.
What does the winner of the RockStar Award receive?
Each category winner will receive one (1) complimentary registration for the following year’s Interact conference, a RockStar Award trophy to display at their office, and the recognition of their peers.
