All you have to do is complete a single self-assessment questionnaire about your organization’s security controls, share it with all of your customers, and update it as necessary. No more spreadsheets!

Narrator: The problem third party marketplace is a SASbased solution that eliminates the constant churn required to complete regular security assessments. Narrator: Built using industry standard questionnaires and risk intelligence feeds, the marketplace makes it easy to complete, share, and update an assessment for all of your customers in a few simple steps. Narrator: Subscription includes a comprehensive cyber scorecard personalized for your organization. Narrator: A strong cyber scorecard serves as a powerful competitive differentiator that demonstrates your responsiveness to security threats. Narrator: Signing up is easy. Narrator: All you need is an Amazon account. Narrator: Search for prevent platform in the AWS marketplace at aws.amazon.com. Narrator: Click the continue to subscribe button to pay for the annual subscription. Narrator: You choose whether you’d like to order renew the subscription. Narrator: Select the contract option to third party marketplace and then click the create contract button. Narrator: After you’ve created the contract, we’ll get you to fill out some quick contact details. Narrator: Then we’ll email your access information within two business days. Narrator: Once you’ve received your email invitation from a place.net, click the link to set up your account. Narrator: On the registration page, be sure to use the same email address that the invitation is sent to. Narrator: Your password must be a minimum of 10 characters and must include at least one number, one symbol, and one uppercase letter. Narrator: Check the box to indicate you accept the hyperlink terms of use. Narrator: Click the register button, and you’re ready to log in. Narrator: After you’ve logged in, you’ll configure your time zone and the desired date format. Narrator: Now that you’ve logged in, navigate to my surveys on the dashboard to kick off a new assessment. Narrator: Click the proactive survey button to select an assessment from the list of industry standards that best suit your needs. Narrator: For prevalent, I’ll be completing the prevalent compliance framework or PCF to share with our customers and partners. Narrator: Please note that you can update a survey to reflect evolving processes and configurations and mitigations every 14 days. Narrator: If you need to return later to complete a survey, navigate to the my surveys tab and click on the resume button to continue answering questions. Narrator: Answers that haven’t been completed yet will show up as red. Narrator: You can add notes and file attachments to any answer, and some questions require an attached document as evidence. Narrator: Click the attach document button. Narrator: Select or drag the appropriate file. Narrator: You can also choose a previously uploaded document from the choose existing document tab if another question refers to it. Narrator: Once you’ve answered all the questions in a survey, you can complete that survey by submitting it. Narrator: No changes could be made for the next 14 days, after which you can complete the survey again. Narrator: Click on the my risks tab to view any risks associated with your entity. Narrator: You can add comments including expected completion date mitigating the risk. Narrator: Click on view tasks in the navigation bar to create and review tasks. Narrator: Convenient to tracking remediation and other activities. Narrator: Click on manage entities in the navigation bar to quickly view your activity submissions and monitoring data. Narrator: In the submission areas, you can view and export completed answers. Narrator: You can also drill into a risk view. Narrator: details and recommendations. Narrator: This will assist you with closing any gaps. Narrator: Let’s take a look at compliance and monitoring found in the manage entities screen. Narrator: Marketplace clearly communicates compliance status, helping you and your team know which areas must be remediated. Narrator: On the monitoring tab, the scorecard reveals continuous insights in your cyber footprint on criminal forums, dark web, threat feeds and pay sites for leak credentials and more.
