OFCCP Expands Its Contractor Recognition Program
On January 19, OFCCP issued “Certificates of Merit” to 10 contractors who passed their Sec. 503 Focused Review without violations. Certificates of Merits are granted to federal contractors who have:
- Achieved the 7% disability utilization goal in 50% or more of their AAP job groups, or for the workforce as a whole if the contractor had the option to measure the representation of individuals with disabilities in its entire workforce
- OFCCP found no violations during the focused review.
