Stages of Recruitment

Mitratech blog post banner for how to improve work performance guide

Each opening in Trakstar Hire can have a predefined set of recruitment stages. This helps to create a loose structure you can follow for hiring people. As an example you can have the following stages in an opening

  1. Screening
  2. Telephonic screening
  3. Face to Face Interview
  4. Offered & Accepted
  5. Offered & Rejected
  6. On Hold
  7. Reject / Not a fit

Now candidates being considered for this opening can be assigned to any of these stages. What’s more, you can easily filter and see all candidates in any of these stages.

We help you start with a default set of stages when you create an opening. Like all other things in Hire these stages are completely customizable. You can move them up/down, modify the default set or even add more to accommodate your own hiring procedure.

Isn’t this a really nice way to manage your positions?

Let us know what you think. Write to us on @trakstar twitter handle with your feedback
