Jennifer Tame

Jennifer Tame is Strategic Director, Immigration Technology at Mitratech, where she leads strategy across the company's suite of immigration solutions, helping law firms and corporate legal teams navigate an increasingly complex immigration landscape with the right technology and processes in place. Jennifer brings a rare vantage point to the role: before stepping into technology leadership, she spent over a decade working directly in immigration law firms, gaining firsthand insight into the day-to-day realities of case management, compliance, and client service. She later built her career leading client success enablement, account management, and implementations in immigration legal technology, translating the real pain points of legal teams and immigration professionals into strategy that actually serves them. Jennifer holds a degree from UC San Diego and is based in mid-coast Maine.
