Live from London: EMEA PolicyHub and DataStore User Group

Our EMEA PolicyHub and DataStore User Group is in full swing, and we have already seen some fantastic sessions.

The morning has kicked off with product updates and improvements, a lot of which have been implemented thanks to some brilliant suggestions from our clients, whom we’re thrilled to be spending the day with in London.

Updates & co-innovation are on display

On the DataStore front, we have shared the exciting news about our new version 4.0 and some of the updated features our clients can now enjoy. And on the PolicyHub side, we have had an open session allowing our clients to see what we currently have on our product roadmap for the coming months.   This also gave them the opportunity to have their say and make suggestions about features and functionality that they feel would increase their process effectiveness and compliance efficiency.

Following our first sessions of the morning, we were fortunate enough to have two co-innovation sessions, one for each of the products.  Our PolicyHub session was highlighted by our client speaker from Osborne, who kindly shared their best practice tips and tricks with the rest of the audience. They also provided information on the process improvements they’ve seen since implementing PolicyHub.

Our DataStore co-innovation session was equally as informative, spotlighting client case studies such as Branco do Brazil (US) and Societe Generale, showing examples of the impressive workflow solutions and process efficiencies they have put in place.
