This past summer, we set out to capture the essence of our company culture. With this video, we spotlight our employees and how they embody the Circa values and mission. Circa is a team of technology, recruitment, and customer success experts who share a passion for diversifying the workforce. Together, we’re building a more diverse and high-performing future — team by team, industry by industry. About one year ago, we obtained new office space to further drive collaboration, creativity and fuel our passion. At Circa, we pride ourselves in offering a comfortable and energetic work environment, where all employees are welcome to express themselves and share their ideas.

We at Circa focus on positive energy and open communication across all departments, whether it be a team meeting or a social gathering. Our office environment allows for all meeting types, whether it be casual or formal. Our working spaces allows for employees to work together and be social. We have a 360-degree view of beautiful Milwaukee and are in a prime location on the edge of Milwaukee’s downtown. Our employees can spend their lunch breaks at many amazing restaurants withing walking distance of the office. Our “Day in the Life” video is the perfect representation of who we are at Circa.
