Building Our Bench Strength in Client-Centric Service
To be a successful legal, risk management, or HR solutions provider, a company can’t simply provide the technology: it has to provide understanding of user needs so it can ensure its products and support deliver long-term value.
That’s why Mitratech has added two new members to its executive leadership team, both possessing strong track records in delivering client-centric solutions and support.
Plus, we’ve brought on two widely-recognized legal tech pioneers as advisors, each having built a successful enterprise that was also devoted to customer satisfaction. In addition, both are women who have blazed a path for diversity in the technology industry.
Alan Rudolph, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Alan will be responsible for the leadership of our Professional Services team, our Center of Excellence, and the Cloud Hosting, Support, and IT organizations. He brings to Mitratech more than 25 years of experience across technology companies, aligning services and operations to focus on product adoption, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
“It’s a real privilege to join the Mitratech team,” Alan says in our press release announcing his hiring. “Our CEO, Mike Williams, the Board of Directors and the entire team have a great shared vision for excellence and success, and it will be my job to help further that across both our own organization and on behalf of clients.”
Anthony Singleton, GRC General Manager
Anthony is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in working with leading technology companies across both the public and private sectors. He brings a proven track record of delivering business growth and driving innovation and operational improvements, with full responsibility for P&Ls allied to a strong background in sales and marketing.
“Mitratech has done an outstanding job of assembling a truly end-to-end portfolio of risk and compliance solutions and support,” Anthony says, “and we’re well-positioned to meet the accelerating needs of organizations worldwide who are being confronted with new risk management challenges.”
Julie Pearl, Advisory Board Member
Formerly Deputy Attorney General (California), Julie is known as a Legal Tech Entrepreneur who pioneers ways to get optimal results in immigration and I-9 matters. In 1995, along with the former head of the US Immigration Service (now USCIS), she founded the highly rated Pearl Law Group, where she first realized that smart technology could keep her clients safer and smarter – all while helping her colleagues avoid mistakes, delays, and routine busywork. HR Executive Magazine names her among the Nation’s Top 20 Immigration Attorneys and Most Powerful Employment Attorneys. Julie holds a Stanford BA, a Harvard MPA, and a J.D. University of California-Hastings School of Law.
Kelley Johnston, Advisory Board Member
Kelley if the former President/ Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Acuity ELM, and brings over 25 years of experience in litigation management and applied legal technology to her new role with Mitratech. She’ll advise the organization on reaching the goals she laid out for Acuity, delivering intuitive, best of class ELM products such as matter management, e billing, reporting and analytics, building a team dedicated to customer service and client satisfaction, and creating and supporting long-lasting relationships with clients by providing them with the legal management tools to empower each of them to do what they do best.
As was said more than once by speakers at our recent Interact US 2020 online conference, if a solutions provider is just standing still, it’s already falling behind. So these new contributors to Mitratech’s 30+ year story will keep us moving forward in lockstep with the needs of our clients.
That’s the formula that made those three decades of success possible, and it’s more important than ever for the future.
